In addition to the axe, which Anderson reportedly retrieved from his vehicle in the midst of an argument with the unidentified victim, responding officers also found him wearing a visible sheath on his belt encasing a knife with a 5-and-a-quarter-inch blade, the TV station reported.

“During the course of an altercation (with the woman) he retrieved an axe from a vehicle and chased her while brandishing the axe overhead in a threatening manner,” the arrest affidavit stated.

The incident was captured on video surveillance, and the uninjured victim has requested an order of protection against Anderson, Casino.org reported.

Anderson has been charged with going armed with intent, a felony, along with misdemeanor counts of carrying a weapon, disorderly conduct and domestic abuse – assault with intent or weapon, KLJB reported.

According to Casino.org, Rhythm City features a 32,000-square-foot gaming floor that accommodates both slot machines and table games. The land-based casino, owned by Elite Casino Resorts, opened in 2016, the outlet reported.
