A motorcycle crash in Stephens County ends a police chase that began in Habersham County: Michael Kloss is 41 years old, from Eastanollee. He’s facing charges that include reckless driving, DUI, and attempting to elude a law enforcement officer. Kloss and a passenger on his motorcycle were taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville.
