Post Malone was served with custody papers.

A process server gave him custody papers on behalf of ex-fiancée, Hee Sung “Jamie” Park, a few days before his headlining set at Coachella.

According to court documents, it happened ahead of his second weekend headlining the music fest.

Post Malone was handed the paperwork inside a parking garage at a luxury apartment building on Friday at 1 p.m., just two days before his performance on Sunday.

Last week, Jamie filed a petition in Los Angeles Superior Court seeking primary physical custody of their 2-year-old daughter, who was referenced only as “DDP.”

She also requested that they share joint legal custody and asked that Post Malone get visitation rights.
