Morgan Wallen’s This Bar and Tennessee Kitchen in Nashville is set to open over Memorial Day Weekend, but there will be no big neon sign outside the building.

The city council voted to reject the request for the sign that was supposed to hang on the side of the bar.

Morgan Wallen is currently facing felony and misdemeanor charges for throwing a chair off the top floor of Eric Church’s bar in Nashville.

A member of the city council said, “I don’t want to see a billboard up with the name of the person who’s throwing chairs off balconies.”
