Back before Megan Moroney was a big country star, she was a part of Luke Combs’ massive 2019 hit, “Beer Never Broke My Heart.”

When Like realized they were both performing at Boston Calling 2025 over the weekend, he knew he had to bring her out for a big surprise moment during his set.

Megan walked out onstage in the middle of Luke’s performance of “Beer Never Broke My Heart,” jumping right in to sing the second verse of the song. The moment was instantly iconic!

“Megan was in the ‘Beer Never Broke My Heart’ music video 6 years ago,” he explained in his caption of the video. “So when I saw we were playing the same festival, I had to ask her to sing it with me.”
