Gordon Ramsay got into a bad cycling accident in Connecticut and he tributes his helmet to saving his life.

In the video he posted on social media, he reminds his followers that wearing a helmet is crucial, and it doesn’t matter how short of a trip you are going on.

In the video he shows how bruised his side is. He also shared pictures of his bike following the accident.
