Colt Ford suffered a heart attack in April of 2024, and he has been on the road to recovery since. He hasn’t been back on stage since the heart attack happened, but that changed this weekend. One of Colt Ford’s best friends, Brantley Gilbert, invited him to make his return to stage with him in Nashville. Colt hasn’t been cleared to do a full show yet, but the two sang their song “Dirt Road Anthem”.
