Georgia’s own Colt Ford suffered a heart attack in April, and has been on the long road to recovery ever since. Colt Ford is starting cardiac rehab, which is a step in the direction of recovery.

In an Instagram update Colt said, “I hate I can’t be on road playing shows, but I hope to get back at it next year. I got new music coming and I’m working my tail off to get back. I love you all.”
