The woman in the video is Katie McCormick. Katie’s mom connected with her local radio station after hearing the song. It instantly reminded her of Katie, and the impact she has made on her life. She says the line that stands out the most to her is, “I don’t remember my life before she came into the picture.” Katie has intractable epilepsy, along with a delayed learning disability.

Cody Johnson heard the story, and released the video in Katie’s honor.
