Pickleball is still sweeping the nation and what better way to celebrate than visiting your local pickleball hub and giving this lifetime sport a try. Here’s 12 of the best places to get started:

  1. Pickle and Social in Buford: They have 16 courts, with 6 of those being indoor. There’s a full service restaurant and rooftop bar and other activities you can enjoy while there.
  2. EE Robinson Park in the Suwannee-Sugar Hill area: They have dedicated lighted pickleball courts separate from the general tennis area. Great for competitive play.
  3. George Pierce Park in Suwannee: There are lighted outdoor courts with active drop in play.
  4. Rhodes Jordan Park in Lawrenceville: Lighted pickleball courts with clear striping. Is centrally located for players in Lawrenceville, Dacula and Snellville.
  5. Alberta Banks Park in Hall County: There are 12 dedicated lighted pickleball courts intended to service Flowery Branch, Oakwood, and Gainsville.
  6. North Park Tennis an Pickleball Center in Alpharetta: There are 12 dedicated lighted courts as well as clinics, lessons, equipment rentals and other services available to guests.
  7. Ocee Park in Johns Creek: Lighted pickleball courts with regular organized open play. It also has great walking paths and shaded pavilions to get out of the sun if you get too hot while playing
  8. Roswell Area Park in Roswell: There are dedicated outdoor courts with lights. It’s best for consistent drop in games for people in Roswell, Alpharetta and East Cobb.
  9. Bell Memorial Park in Milton: There are modern pickleball courts with lighting. They also have great walking paths and covered pavilions to enjoy after a fun game on the court.
  10. Victor Lord Park in Barrow County: Features outdoor pickleball courts available for open play and recreational play. Perfect for players in Barrow, Gwinnett and Jackson County.
  11. Herman C. Michael Park in the Watkinsville - Oconnee area: There are both indoor and outdoor play options. As well as an additional community room, play ground and other amenities to players.
  12. Southeast Clarke Park in Clarke-Athens: There are 6 outdoor pickleball only courts as well as an awesome dog park and nature trails to unwind after playing.
