Everyone loves bacon, whether it’s crispy, chewy, burnt, on a burger, with your breakfast as a quick snack, you just can’t go wrong with bacon and here’s how to take this savory classic and make it the superstar of your next meal.

    • Marinate the bacon in brown sugar, cayenne pepper and maple syrup. Twist bacon tightly onto a wire rack and then place it in the oven at 375 degrees, cook until your preference of chewy or crispy

    • Deseed Medjool dates, next mix warm honey with goat cheese. Then stuff the mixture into the date. Wrap the date in bacon (optional candy your bacon with brown sugar, cayenne pepper and honey). Bake in the oven until the bacon is fully cooked through, then drizzle with honey.
  • Bacon Wrapped Jalapeño Peppers
    • Partly cook your bacon for 2-3 minutes before wrapping the peppers. This will help get the bacon crispy without overcooking the jalapeño.
  • Weaved Bacon Wraps
    • Instead of tortilla bread for tacos, burritos and wraps, have your tasty treats wrapped in a weaved bacon shell. On a parchment paper weave medium cut bacon over itself let it lay flat on the parchment paper and oven tray to cook to a soft crisp so you can still shape your bacon shell to it’s snack (pro tip: if you love hard shell tacos, use a wire rack and drape your bacon shell over the wires to shape your taco shell and then bake until crispy).
  • Bacon Wrapped Avocado Fries
    • Use lightly firm, barely ripe avocados to cut into fry strips. next wrap the avocado strips in bacon and if you want you can batter your bacon wrapped avocado fries for an extra crispy shell. Next toss the fries into the air fryer, the firmness of the avocados will hold up in air fryer as they cook to make them tender and not mushy. Fry at 400°F in the air fryer.
  • Bacon Wrapped Steaks - Adam’s favorite
    • Grab your favorite cut of steak and with butcher’s twine or toothpicks wrap and secure your steak with bacon. Sear in a skillet to crisp up the bacon and use the fat from the bacon to enhance the taste of the steak and cook to proper temperature.
