MADISON COUNTY, Ga. - Beloved Georgia Bulldog fan Mike "Big Dawg" Woods died Wednesday.
Woods, 65, was well known in the UGA community for painting a bulldog on his head every game.
The tradition has earned him fame amongst Georgia fans; a Facebook fan page dedicated to Woods has garnered over 7,000 likes.
Woods underwent triple bypass surgery in 2015 after suffering a massive heart attack.
The Madison County coroner's office confirmed Woods died of a cardiac issue Wednesday.
